Final squad training session of 2020

We are pleased to announce that the final squad training of 2020 has been booked for

Date: Saturday 5th December

Venue: Rayleigh Primary School, Love Lane, Rayleigh, Essex

Time 

• 1.30 – 3pm – Kata Training
• 3-4.30pm – Kumite 11 years & under
• 4.30 6pm – Kumite 12 years plus

However, should lockdown be extended beyond the 2nd December, we will continue the association training online using the zoom platform, using the following time schedule

• 1.30 – 3 pm – Kata (All ages and grades)
• 3 – 4.30 pm – Kumite (all ages and grades)

All zoom session details will be emailed to everyone registered the night before the event with the email registered at the time of registration. Please check your junk folders just incase.
