All Frontier Karate Association members wishing to attend the association squad training or wish to select for the association squad, must use the online registration form below.

Venue: Rayleigh Primary School, Love Lane, Rayleigh. SS6 7DD

  • 2 pm – 3.30 pm – Open Squad Training
  • 3.30 – 5 pm – Selected Squad
