Here’s a more professional version with a strong association/squad tone:
🥋 FRONTIER KARATE ASSOCIATION – SQUAD TRAINING 🥋
A fantastic day of training for everyone who attended today’s Frontier Karate Association Squad Training.
The sessions were led by Sensei Paul Simmons, 6th Dan, Chief Instructor of Frontier Karate Association and Performance Director of the EKNGB, who delivered both Kata and Kumite training throughout the day.
The feedback from the sessions was extremely positive, with a great atmosphere, strong work ethic and commitment shown across the squad.
We also took the opportunity to recognise a brilliant recent achievement from Ethan Burton, who secured a Bronze Medal in the U21 category at the WKF Karate 1 Youth League in Poreč, Croatia, just a few days before today’s training. 🥉🇬🇧
A fantastic achievement and a reflection of the hard work being put in across our clubs.
However, it is important for all athletes to remember that selection isn’t based solely on competition results.
Selection is about the complete picture — your consistency at club training, attitude, preparation, attendance at squad sessions and, importantly, the work you continue to put into both Kumite and Kata alongside your club instructors.
Talent gets noticed. Consistency gets results.
Keep turning up.
Keep learning.
Keep pushing yourselves.
Stay consistent, keep working and keep striving to become the best version of yourself.
Well done to everyone who attended and contributed to another excellent FKA squad session.
The work continues. 🥋🔥
