What a day! Kata is done, and I’m thrilled to share that I scored the highest overall in my event (mixed individual) performing Anan! In the mixed event, we compete with 4 men and 4 women, and I came out on top of the 8 athletes. Couldn’t be prouder of that performance!
In Kumite, my first fight was a clean win with a 4-0 score. Unfortunately, I lost the second fight 2-1, but that’s the game sometimes.
Overall, it was an incredible day for Oxford University as we beat Cambridge University and won the overall Men’s and Women’s events!
