Kata Training – Kumite 11 yrs & below – Kumite 12 years plus
An excellent session today ran by our association squad coaches. Headed by Sensei Paul Simmons overseeing the kata and kumite session with Sensei Anthoni taking kata. This was followed by Sensei Jade taking the 11 years and below and the final session taken by Sensei Anthoni.
It was great to see the work of the athletes and some great performances in kata and great vibes and good work ethic in both the kumite session groups.
Sensei Paul debriefed the the squad at the end, complimenting them all on their hard work and perseverance and medal tally for 2022.
