Frontier Karate Association selected a squad of 20 competitors to take part in the 2023 BKF 4 nations Championships in Motherwell, Scotland over the Easter weekend.

Well done to JHKA winning a total of 7 Bronze medals with 16 students (Excellent Achievement! Oss) and Forza winning 1 bronze with 4 students.
