I am pleased to confirm that our next squad training set in September has been confirmed and booked. Not only are Frontier Karate Association Squad members getting prepared for the English Karate Federations Kyu Grade Championships, there has been a lot going on behind the scenes and all will be announced at this association squad training on Saturday 22nd September in Uckfield.
If you would like to be considered for the association squad and would like to compete at the English Championships in January. Then, we would love to see you at squad training.
